    I get Poise pads delivered automatically as a subscribe and save purchase. I’ve tried most every incontinence pad and Poise Ultimate Long Length have been the best. Today I got a different product. These pads are shorter and narrower and thinner.I tried an absorbency test and they seem equal. So I am going to give them a try. If they let me down I will be looking around for a new product. I will update this review soon with further comments.After a giving the new design a fair trial, I hate the changes. The narrow front means leaks for me every day. I tried other brands and settled on the new overnight poise, which is wider in front and also in back. I have used them for awhile. In August I ordered the previous pads, thinking I would keep them on hand for times I didn’t need the very large pads.Imagine my pleasure when the package came labeled “Original”. I opened one right away to find the “new improved” style had indeed reverted to the original. I will be trying these out right away and will report back again soon.Later…these “original” reliable Poise pads are just what I have been missing. Please, Poise, no more “improvements”! Five stars!!!

    These pads are the original design — before changes were made. I had a stroke and making it to the bathroom takes time to get there. I love these pads because they allow me to sleep without having to get up and change pads. I purchase the long ones, but the regular work the same — I need the long ones because of pad shifting position during the night, they are adhered to my panties so I should say my panties shift position during the night. They are good for daytime too because I know my clothing will stay dry by the time I get to the bathroom.

    I notice that all of the reviews are from several years ago. I purchased these Poise pads in 2021 and they are wonderful. The critical reviews are from around 2018. I guess the company listened to the complaints and changed the product. I find this order gave me the pads at a very reasonable price; the quality was excellent. This was my second time ordering and I will continue to order in the future.

    These pads (6 drop level which are good for gushes) absorb well and are long enough for full protection. Everyone needs to seek the amount of absorbency they need. If you purchase a 5 drop pad, it is made to absorb less than a 6 drop pad and more than a 4 drop pad. I also have at home Poise Overnight pads and they are also a 6 drop pad, but they are wider than the pads I’m reviewing here. The 6 drop pads I’m reviewing have been sufficient for me for overnight, but the Overnight pads do seem to offer the most protection of any pad I’ve tried. I would happily buy these 6 drop pads again.

    I wear one every day all day. They protect so well so I never have to worry about leakage or my pants getting wet or ruined. They are very long so you are covered both in the front and the back. They are not really bulky and you don’t feel them too much. I put mine in a little more toward the back but they don’t show through my pants. I buy these on recurring shipment every 3 months which is so convenient. I usually have some left over when I get the next shipment. I recommend these. Gives you peace of mind.

    If you are looking for the correct overnight pads, order Poise Overnight Pads Extra Coverage. After speaking with a representative from Kimberly-Clarke, I was informed that there were changes. The packaging is a dark purple. It is important to include “extra coverage”. Before ordering, you may want to buy a smaller size pack from your local store to make sure it is right for you. That is what I did to make sure it was what was wanted. It was. I hope this information helps.

    Poise pads, 90 count, number 6 thickness is what you get and works 3 pads per 24 hours for me personally for moderate to ultimate bladder leakage. Good contour fit, night and day, soft and comfortable. Completely satisfied with this product!

    As a previous reviewer has already noted, Poise changed the design of this item which I had been ordering bimonthly via my Subscribe and Save account. The new design may be long, but in NO WAY do these deserve an Ultimate rating! They are more narrow than the previous ultimate pads I received and do not hold nearly as much “fluid”. I care for my disabled mother and these pads constantly overflow and this “new” design has caused numerous clothing changes. Very disappointed to say the least!UPDATE 9/29/18 WooHoo…Pads are back to their original design! Now they are worth 5 stars… Thank You!!

    You sent the wrong ones. You sent servettes and I wanted the ultimate in absorbency., they are much thicker and bigger in size than a servette. Also you sent them in tiny packages, which is not what I wanted. The first time I ordered these, you sent it in one or two large pkgs. When, or if, I order anymore Poise pads from your company, I hope you will look carefully at what the buyer asks for!I am not even goin to try to return these others. I am disabled and I would have to ask a neighbor which would be embarrassing since I don’t know them well.
