I got the jewlery case for my little sisters birthday and it came quite quickly in the mail. The engraving is beautiful and accurate, I just wish the zipper was a bit better quality. The inside is soft and holds all the jewelry quite well, and the divider does come out if you want it to. I do wish you could change the colour of the divider on the inside as I feel the brown doesn’t really match the pink I chose for the rest of the jewelry box.

I purchased 9 of the jewelry boxes. Production and shipping was fast. I felt customer service was lacking a little. The prints on the boxes came out beautifully. The items were not shipped in a box, stacked together and bubble wrapped well. There were no issues with any damage to the items. Only issue I had was when I opened each box up, the pieces in there were out of place so I had to fix each one of them.
