Description

Steps for use:

Step 1

Place the exerciser between the upper thighs and adjust the exerciser until it is close to the buttocks. Make sure that the wide open end of the exerciser is below the hips and the narrow end is towards the front of the body.

Step 2

Squeeze the super exercise machine with the muscles of the upper thighs and buttocks. Pay close attention to your muscle sensations to ensure that your inner Kegel muscles are also tightly gripped. It feels like you are trying to urinate.

Step 3

Tighten your muscles and slowly count to 10. Clench your muscles as tightly as possible to get the most benefit. Relax the muscles for a few seconds, then repeat the exercise several times. Repeat up to 10 times a day.
