We are committed to delivering your items in a timely manner.

  • Standard delivery within Kenya typically takes between 2 to 4 business days, depending on your location.
  • Delivery timelines may be affected by public holidays or unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any significant delays.

3. Returns, Refunds, and Exchange Policy

Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

  • No Monetary Refunds: All sales are final. Once a payment has been made for an item, we do not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances.
  • Exchanges: We offer an exchange for a different item within 48 hours of you receiving your order. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original, unworn, and undamaged condition, with all tags attached.
  • Incorrect Sizing: If you order an item that is smaller or larger than required, we will facilitate an exchange. However, the customer is fully responsible for bearing all associated delivery fees for returning the original item and shipping the new item.

We are delighted to create custom crochet designs for you.

  • Process: To initiate a custom order, please use the "WhatsApp Inquiry" feature in the app to discuss your requirements with our team.
  • Timeframe: The time required to complete a custom design depends on the complexity of the garment, materials required, and our current order queue. An estimated timeframe will be provided to you before you commit.
  • Non-Refundable Deposit: A deposit is required to begin all custom orders. This deposit is used for the sourcing and purchase of materials (e.g., threads, buttons, accessories) for your specific project. This deposit is strictly non-refundable, even if you choose to cancel the order at a later stage. The deposit amount will be deducted from your final total.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
